Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
I understand that schedules can change. The following policy helps ensure that coaching appointments are managed fairly and consistently.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a late cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows
If a client does not attend a scheduled coaching session without providing notice, the session may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may still receive the remainder of their scheduled coaching time. The session will generally end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other appointments.
Refunds
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Refund requests for prepaid sessions that have not yet taken place will be considered in accordance with this cancellation policy and any applicable requirements.
Coach Cancellations
If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a refund for that session.
